Per our CC&Rs and Architectural Guide, all homeowners need to submit Architectural Improvement Applications for almost all exterior home improvements.
We recommend familiarizing yourself with our Sorrento Architectural Guide before submitting an application, as well as our CC&Rs. If you are not sure how to complete the application, please contact us or reach out to our community manager and we’d be happy to walk you through it.
Doing home improvements without an approved application may incur fines and/or be required to be changed at the homeowner’s expense.
If you are interested in painting the exterior of you home, click here for our recommended pallets and colors. No matter your color/pallet selection, you cannot paint your home until you submit an application and it is approved.
